Clio 1.9 Diesel over revving.

Harro.

My van is fine when its cold (Say for 5 minutes tops) and then after that it idles at about 3000 rpm!!

Any ideas whats causing it?

Its not a sticky throttle or throttle cable I can tell you that much.
