Clio 100 dci problems

  182
Hi i have recently bought a dci 100, now there has been a couple of problems arise since getting it.

When driving along in any gear at around 2200rpm the car intermittently hesitates and splutters until you apply a little more throttle and it goes.
I have put the code reader on and its spitting two codes:

P0340 Camshaft position sensor circuit 1 or single sensor

And

P0400 EGR valve flow malfunction

I have had the EGR valve out and cleaned it all up as it was pretty clogged with soot and put a multimeter on the connector and was reading 15.03v so i would say the wiring to it is fine? whilst there i cleaned all the air intake and boost pipes.

Also tested the CPS which read 15.02v. so again would say the circuit is fine there too?

Has anyone any kind of idea on why this is happening? or shall i just change both CPS and EGR?

Could a crank position sensor throw problems with the camshaft position sensor??

Any help much appreciated

Thanks

Sorted i found there was a leak on the boost pipe near the intercooler. Repaired and hasn't done it since
