What's the current average prices for major service including plugs and cam belt replacement including water pump and dephaser pulley?

Parts (in March 2014)
All belts and plugs etc were £283 delivered.
Paid £180 to have them fitted, which I guess is about a days work (I also had a fog light fitted) so £600 isn't out of the ordinary.
