clio 172 engine

hi just wanted some help.
i sprayed my engine cover whilst removing it i realised that little metal thing not sure what its called, its attached to you engine at the front, well it was easy to move, so i took the bolt out cause there was one missing and realised that the screws that you put the bolts on were sheered, so i cant get it back on it doesnt look like it does much but i dont dare drive the car, can any1 help???

Loads of people have taken them off to run a CAF there, dont worry bout it.
