Clio sport 172
1) I have had it diagnosed and these are the faults coming up.
257, Throttle valve position sensor circuit potentiometer track 2 fault intermittant
257, same as about but track 1
257, throttle valve position sensor circuit intermittent
301, brake pedal sensor circuit intermittent
309, cruise control/speed limiter brake pedal switches intermittant
apprently the 301 and 309 dont matter. just wondering if anyone could show or explain to me where the throttle valve sensor is and how to test or replace it. Also where the hell can you get one from ?!?!
2) my car has a misfire. I have changed my leads and plugs still hasnt fixed the problem. I have read on here that you can get the ecu updated but when I asked my local renault they had no idea what I was going on about (they are pretty useless tbh)
3) anyone know where you can get a clio 172 haynes manual i have looked everywhere and they dont seem to do them!
Any help would be amazing as im pulling my hair out suppose to be part exchaging it next week!
