clio 172 ph1 head gaskets

Hi everyone!

I'm going to install a set of piper cams and while I'm doing so, I'm thinking if I should replace the head gasket with a thinner one.
Has anyone have such an experience? Just using thinner head gaskets but retaining the standard pistons.
