Clio 182 Aero Wipers...Interesting Feature

Hello all,
Fitted some aero wipers to my 182 at the weekend coz they look better and actually go across the screen a lot smoother than the standard wipers I had. The only thing is, when I get up to about 95mph they start to lift of the screen and anything above that it feels like if I go any faster that there going to totally lift off the windscreen and then fly off or something. Anyone else got these and experienced the same thing? I know it's to do with the fact that they drag a little more than the standard wipers which is why they lift, but was just wondering if anyone has modded them (and how) to stop this?

How odd, I've got some ebay cheapies and done 110mph on track and had no problems. The lifting occurs when they are in use or at rest?

Are they for a LHD or RHD vehicle ? Remember that the Clio has LHD wiper swing, so they are on 180 degree out.

Wipers designed for downforce, working backwards = lift ;)

I got some, then contacted the seller (autobulbs website IIRC) and said the above - they didn't realise the Clio has an LHD sweep.

Wipers off, holders off the blades, new ones on, problem solved :)

I didn't really think about that, the wipers on the site are just for a clio sport, it doesn't say anthing about LHD or RHD so I assume their for RHD as their being sold to me (a UK customer). I've emailed the seller before I leave negative feedback, I might try and do a video at some point to show what I mean.
