Someone will along soon to say 'do a search', but in the meantime:
Check the usual stuff like corrosion (smell the boot, footwell areas to make sure there's no damp), the VIN number is displayed and it has legal tyres and a legal exhaust (no de cat, unless that's what you want!).
The test drive or go for a drive as a passenger to see it rides nicely and the brakes work.
The belts (timing belt and auxillary belt) should have been replaced probably twice (at least once) on a 2005 RS Clio - and most importantly, by somewhere with a good reputation (there are many examples of this piece of work being done badly with possible serious consequences).
It's low milage, but still seven to eight years old so I'd not pay more than £3k.
Oh, and expect the steering wheel to look melted. It can be recovered for £100 to £150 so no great shakes!
