clio 182 ff

Hi there just bought my self a clio 182 , drove 3 hours to pick it up and on the way back i fell in love with the car , but then the problems started . Broke down on the motorway last person to do the oil change hadn't put sump bolt in tight enough so it dumped all its oil on the motorway and knackerd the engine , so when i got back i got on the hunt for new engine , managed to find one locally for 500 quid so cracked on with it. Got the hpi check in the post as text never came its been cat c ( even more annoyed now ) . So i went round the car and found extra wires for the headlights taped up and after posting it on face book found out it wasn't a cup but a full fat clio and should have xenons on it and the cv joints are on there way out . So i haven't had a good first start with the clio , but im still hooked on that 20 miles that i drove it was the best handling and fun car I've ever had so ill start splashing the cash on this pocket rocket very soon , cheers ben

well after my bad luck, I decided to crack on and sort it out took the old engine out

started fitting the new engine

and its in! only took me 2 half days to do (don't think that's bad for some one who hasn't done it before ;p) these cars are pretty simple once you start thinking through it.

then decided to treat the clio to some new discs and pads
