Clio 182, Help with modifications!!

I am looking to make a few changes to my 182, but don't know where to start.

Want to change the air filter, and stick on a new exhaust system, I would like it to be loud, and legal.

Can anybody suggest anything please?

As for the exhaust, if u want it legal ur gonna have to stick with a cat system! Unless u happen to no a "friendly" mot tester, u will have to pop ya cat back on every time its due an mot! Alot of the guys on cliosport mention Scorpion RS192 system which is avalable cat back/de cat (im going for the cat back system) http://www.rs192.co.uk/page1.htm. A friend has the de cat fitted and sounds awsome Yozzasport systems are also worth a look
