Same here advertised car, first to see gave me £500 deposit.
Mid week get call from his dad can't get insured, so he agreed to pay my adveristing & i gave him his dep back.
This lad had seen 4 in the prevoius 2 weeks, so why not get a quote
Had three other calls!
Went on holiday, came back, next viewer 9.00am Sun. Likes my motor but needs to see others, goes to Leeds to check another out. Wants me to MOT car, which i do. Views others & says he's buying a cheaper one with more miles & standard (even though i agreed to put mine to standard) during chat says mine is best he's seen but £600 more.
Whatever, he could of bought mine & sold the bits & recouped more cash + ive got the brakes & fluid changes & recent tyres!!
Still puts a smile on my face every time i point it down a b road.
Tip, don't scare the living daylights out of viewers on a test drive :quiet:
