Clio 182 SRN019 With Decat - Will it pass the bedford noise test

hello

just before i start fitting the decat we have, i am wondering if the decat will make the exhaust to noisey to pass the bedford noise limits.

the exhuast has a back back and a centre box and currently is relatively quite IMO, will this chnage make a massicve difference??

has anyone get any first hand experiance of this???

When I fitted my Mittlek decat, it added 4db to my static noise test results.

Ok, it's not the same make but might give you an indication on the level of increase.

i think i will test it via the i phone app tonight, then meanure the difference to gauge if its going to be too loud..lol

I've been wondering the same about my system tbh. It's a ktec/janspeed unsilenced and decatted. The 2.25" one.
