Clio 182 Turbo Value and examples

Hi guys,

As some of you saw in my last post, my 182 was rear ended on the way Trax just over a week ago and is being declared a right off at the moment.
I am trying to find out if everyone would agree my car could sell in the region of around £4500-£5000 with what it has and condition.
I would also like to know if there are any examples i can send to insurers to prove the car is worth this much as they are trying to say it's only worth £2300!

car has the following:
72k miles (with proof)
Cambelt/waterpump down around 7k ago
Polybushed all round
KTR straight through exhaust
Team Dynamic Pro 1.2 wheels - Nankang Ns2r tyres
Camber bolts on the front and shims on the rear
30mm lowering springs
OMP strut brace
ED Turbo conversion
Quaife LSD with a full rebuild of the gearbox with new bearing and syncros
Camcover seal done about 100 miles ago.
Remapped to 240bhp with pops and print out
Whiteline RARB
Tinted rear windows
in Arctic Blue

Am I cheeky for asking £5000 for this car or would this be a fair evaluation? I have seen cars online going for similar prices with more miles and less mods.
I can upload pics as well just for clarity
any examples of cars sold or currently selling with turbos would be fantastic!

I take it was insured with a normal insurance company and not with a specialist?

Oh, I thought you had the accident at Trax.

Not seen any 182s for sale ages, last one was £3995, my 172T is on eBay at the moment

Nope insured with a modded company with everything declared and valued on insurance at 5k which their managed agreed on. It didn’t have an agreed evaluation though just to be clear, these car just aren’t worth enough

I had a £7k agreed valuation on my old PH1 with Greenlight.
You would have to get a few other cars for sale adverts to prove what your car is worth.

All they see is an old Clio I'm afraid mate.

The engineer said he will help get the value up. So I have receipts that they’ve asked for but would also like some examples. I have seen the about but there is never loads of them...

I do too! I’m going to be keeping the car anyway so just trying to get as much out of it as possible as it will all be going into a new car anyway.

There was one sold a few weeks back a 182 with 140k on it for 5750 that was advertised on Facebook, other one got broken
