Clio 197 seats in a 182?

I was recently looking at updating bits on my 182. New rims, new steering wheel the usual goodies until I decided to look at what the 197 has. I loved the interior and was just wondering. Would I be able to get the standard clio 197 seats like these; http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/CLIO-SPORT-197-FULL-INTERIOR-/261400584110 in my clio 182 or will they not fit due to size and subframe issues (I am talking front and back seats) ? Also just a quick question, are they actually more comfortable or do they just appear like they are but indeed they are actually the same? Many thanks.
