I can confirm that a 197 rack does indeed fit a 197.

If you mean does a 197 rack fit a 1*2 then no not really. Not as a bolt on anyway.

Don't think so due to the different upright design but you'd need to check the parts database to be sure. The rack might be the same with different arms/ball joints.
