Clio 200 must have extra's??

  Ford Fiesta Mk6 Zetec S
Other than recaro seats which is a must IMO, what other bits of extra is a necessity to you?

  Italian 3.2 V6
-recaros (leather if possible but depends how deep ur pockets are)
-black speedlines
-cup spoiler
-yellow interior inserts n seatbelts
-Cup pack
-black headlamps

If you don't get black speedlines don't bother ordering.

I'd rather refurb the standard wheels than get the speedlines. Gloss black goes better with the gloss front end, and the standard wheels are lighter iirc. The yellow interior pack if f**king hideous. Cup suspension, you really, really need to drive both options.

Nonsense. Genuinely, nonsense. The standard seats are brilliant, don't wear on the bolsters, and aren't £800. Even on track they offer good support.

Amen. Clio197 is already starting to get lots of "where to get my recaro repaired outside of warranty" posts :p

Worst I couldn't afford the speedlines post evvvvararrerere!

But they are lovely :)

Edit: they're lovely on a liquid yellow. Not sure how the yellow seats would look with other colours.....

Plus, I think they'll be sought after when you come to sell it.

  Shit little Yaris...
Only 2 made sense to me...

Cup Chassis and the RS Monitor Kit.

Gally, you know full well that as well as being awesome, I'm also rich.

Do I sound like Alanc10000000000000000?
It's Alan...teeeeeeeeeeeee!

New money.. pfffft! Jd's butler has just left this thread.

HAIII!!! ;)

Cup Spoiler is the only must imo (and Cup chassis if you are going for a 200ff). Ordered my spoiler yesterday :) Didnt fancy paying Renaults £400 price for it when I placed my order, when I could get it for just over £200 all in.

If you're going red I'd have the black roof option - looks the nuts on red. The Bluetooth stereo is a must, play songs through iPhone and answer calls, then you might as well add on the monitor for 120 sheets.

If you don't get black speedlines, spend the money on a refurb to gloss black.

Cup chassis is a must option

Recaros? Well, I don't have them due to a car seat being stuck in the back now and then, and also the fact the normal seats are still pretty good. Also the wear issue for me, I'd only spec them again in leather, but that's £££'s

For me its speedlines, cup spoiler and cup pack. Would only want a ff too because i want the push button start

Preferred but not essential extras: Recaros, BT and alien green paint.

Trust me, cup suspension is not essential. More people should try the non-cup set-up.

Only way that would be possible is if the dealers had a version of both to try... and last time I looked - the Dealers wern't that clever lol

Only one i've driven is the non cup one, but have been passenger in a cup a couple of times now. I'd go for the cup suspension, but then again, it would only be used for fun and not day to day.

For day to day road use, the sport suspension is better. If using regularly on track, get the cup set-up. The sport chassis ride's better, puts the power down slightly better, and handles better than a cooper s/197/civic type r etc.

Proof? ;)

Anyway, Cup chassis and Recaros for me, the seats make it feel that bit more special imo. :)

Iirc evo (amongst others) rated the cooper s above the 197? And when they tested the 200 (non cup) placed it above the mini?

There's something about the 197 that meant it never clicked with me.
