I love that. Especially the fact the paint is a good excuse not to clean it, although I reckon a lot of it is just patter on Renault's part to cover their arse should any problems start to arise in the next few years.
Matt paint is a b**ch to look after, don't think many on here will buy one unless it's at a very good price second hand, the price new is just a rip off for a car that will be a pain to look after. All the nice touches will go nowhere near to quell your anger the first time a seagull craps on it. Fine if you catch it fresh but 9 times out of 10 it'll have sat on your paint for a few hours in the sunshine before you get back to the car. Matt paint in constant need of a fresh water wash down.
Not a car for those who like shiney things, save your money for the 220bhp(according to a renault dealer possibly turbo'd) Clio Williams which is rumoured to be the final death throws of the present shaped Clio.................
