Clio 200 rs 2011 exhaust manifold.

Need some help with finding a good after market exhaust manifold for my RS200 mk3 2011.
It has blown on the flexi part of the manifold, my garage seem to be struggling with finding a part to fit.
Has any body got any recommendations for a
Direct Replacement.

Ktec sell replacement flexis, I ordered a set for a customers car as it saved me the hassle of getting it in a ramp first to measure etc

Easy once the manifold is off if you can weld!

Cool, only ask as my garage mentioned about cutting out and welding a new flexi in. But they said as the sub frame has to be removed to gain access you might as well fit a new manifold.
I can Tig weld but not sure if getting the sub frame off is beyond me at home.

Amount of work to remove and replace the manifold. I have heard that you possibly need to drop the subframe and/or engine, to be able to remove and install a manifold.

Yes. The subframe needs dropping for more access.

It’s not too bad. Maybe a dozen fastenings or so, but they’re big and quite tight. You’d need a big breaker bar.

The annoyance is technically you should then get the car aligned afterwards.
