Clio 3 drivers door

Anyone had this part come loose? Only comes out as far as the second pic. Don't think it's a security issue......?

in that second pic the part thats bending out should stay attached to the door and the cap should come off revealing the door lock to open the door in the event of a flat battery.

There was a rubber bung in the door that revealed a torx screw that'd come loose. Job done.
