clio 3 with rs bits

you can improve a normal model quite a bit if done right i rekon.

a. not the wheels id choose,
b. id have it a bit lower
c. hasnt got the 197 upper grill (which adds a lot to the looks actually)

other than that it looks like you imagine a clio 138/GT version should look i.e the warm version.

forget the bad exhausts (errk), not lowered enough, wheels dont suit the colour etc..

vent is diffo, but in a suitable colour and lowered it would be like a GT version and your averge person would see it as an improvement id think

if done right, and comparing to any MKII kits it looks pretty nice.



if it was colour coded and in a darker colour with sugested improvements I bet most people on here would be able to tell the difference

If its a kit then in the pictures it look like a decent kit, but the bumpers in the picture are plastic would they all be plastic of fiberglass? and if they are plastic im guessing they would be costing around the £600-800 mark, am i correct?

Front looks good but needs the upper rear also looks god but the skirts look utter shite !!!

Oh and WTF with the tail pipes !

skirts look cack, exahausts are cack

i agree you dont have to have them. also i belive its just the standard bumpers not sure if its fiber glass at all (which would prolly put me off a bit just due to the fact chavs have fiber glass bits)


Ktec are to sell this very shortly

prima racing currently sell fron and back bumper £320, front bumper £320
then you just need the upper grill from the 197 £63, and then its upto you, although you would be daft not to lower it and fit some spacers £60, including painting/fitting id rekon you could get a very nice GT140 type look for £1k

of course its only the start, H&R coilovers + exhaust to go into the holes properly like the clio 197 would be a bit more, but springs and a new back box should be close.

If you want to make a standard sportier then lower it some spacers front grill and coded and imo its sporty ! and alhel of alot cheaper and less stuck on crap

im a bit stuck as to what to do, the 138 comes with 16" wheels which considering they can take 18" fairly easy and 19" on the 197 i think even when lowered 16" is a wee bit small.

should i get clio 17" 197 alloys or some speedline wheels ?
