Ruined by the 182 style exhaust. Decent stealth or recessed system on a 172 or nothing IMO

i like the 182 pipes personally, although not the ones on that cup, they stick out too far. got the recessed system myself but would rather have 182 exhaust. as long as its not a twin hanging under the bumper :dead:

Oo just round the corner. You could buy and break It for more than that. Bargain. Even if you sink £500 for belt change

Exactly, I like them but I wouldn't do it to a 172 and someone's done a sh|te job of that one

But, more to the point... it is a bargain but whoever gets it better be prepared to spend a bit on it!

Unless they plan to break it of course:eek:

Could it not have something to do it looking modded? Resale on cars that don't look oem is harder, hense the price. All sports get thrashed, so I'm sure it will be fine ;)

Personally i don 't think that £1500 is cheap for a Cup with over 100k and no Service History.
Would be better off spending a bit more and get one with history, if someone wants a track toy they would surely be better off with a Ph1 as for the price you could get the same mileage but would more than likely have SH.

A few better cars imo

Ph1 loads of SH http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/2620116.htm

Ph1 low mileage with a few ok mods http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/2610825.htm

another Ph1 http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/1857399.htm

imo it is cheap for a cup! when have you ever seen a cup for sale for £1500?

whether it will still be a cheap buy 6 months into ownership.... ;)

(also imo) is the cup not a better track car? wider track, thicker arb at the front, etc etc. and it looks nicer :) well it would without the exhaust sticking out

no no i see your point, it could be a timebomb waiting to go off. it would be an £1800 cup, unless you want the dephaser done, which you should :)
to be fair, i imagine it could end up being a £2500 cup once you've got it going :)
