Im having issues fitting this to my 182. Shouldn't they just screw in through the hole in the lower grill?

If it's the one that came with the car, then yes - should just screw in.

Mine was very stiff to screw in fully (or as far as poss without hitting the bumper) but it is on and looking good now

guys u need to lift the bumper with ur knee or spare hand and screw it in untill its tight!

I agree the new ones are very stiff to screw in.

So the bumper sits on the metal? Will that not fook it up?

Try a bit of grease on the threads. ANother problem is they can corrode quite badly after a while.

No it doesnt touch it when its screwed up tight, u just need to lift the bumper to screw it up tight

Might try that tomorrow. I had to get someone with a bit more muscle than me to do mine!
