Clio DCI ABS faults

Hi all... im looking to buy a DCI soon and ive found one local which is at a decent price, but its got an ABS light and handbrake light on the dash.

I asked the seller about it and got this reply.

Hi, on the dash display, the ABS light and Handbrake light glow, although everything works as it should. Faulty sensor.*The speedo and milometer do not work, but that is most likely from the same sensor.

Have you lot got any idea about this? Ive been on here for a few years now and ive never seen anyone with this problem before!

The fact the speedo doesn't work tells me the abs module isn't being powered. Could be a wiring problem or the unit itself.
