Clio DCI gearbox on a Clio 182?

I have heard rumours that a ph2 Clio 1.5 DCI gearbox will fit onto a Clio 182 without an modifications is this true and what are the advantages/ disadvantages if it does fit?

I'd imagine that IF it does go in:-

Pros: Better cruising fuel economy
COns: Ratios wont really make the best of the engine.

Better fuel economy sounds canny, i was led to believe 0-60mph would improve due to ratios or something?

Stevieh uses a dci box on his uber power clio, im not sure there are many benefits on using one on a standard 1*2
