Clio DCi running problem

Ran into some problems a while back with injector no4 in which the coil light kept coming on. One day the engine stop light came on which in turned off, after starting it again. It chucked loads of black smoke out and would die and go into limp when it reached 2000rpm. Changed injector no4 which was seized in so had to be drilled out in which i had to take the head off to clean all the metal fillings. After all this hassle it wouldnt without the use of easy start but now it starts first time but smokes and knocks a lot. Almost like the sound of diesel knock or an injector over injecting? Two of the injectors havent been coded and all copper washers have been replaced.

Maybe get the injectors coded..

HMS derv destroyer on here had similar problems. Iirc he used easy start that much the car wouldn't do anything without it lol.

Think he blew it up in the end.. Pm him he may be able to help.
