Could anyone give me some info into getting off my 16v badges, i want to spray them silver..

how do u get them back on.. and off?

How do I get my badges off I've got a 172 none cup. Not sure what phase or mk it is. How can I tell.

Open the door
slide the bump strip towards the rear of the vehicle
pry off badges from behind with appropriate flat headed screwdriver

There will be a black plastic bung on the edge of the door, once removed you can used something to give it a nudge and the strip should come off.
