Clio drama!

Ive had my clio 182 for 5 years now, i dont know why but im well into my clios, but no matter what i do i always have problems!!
Everything i get fitted or done just seems to go bottoms up after a its been done.

Recently took my car to a renault specialist to sort out my problems, such as ABS, ESP and serv light coming on aswell as putting my standard exhaust system back on, had the car for three weeks picked it up last weekend and its driving terrible, feels like im in a 1 litre. Plus still have all the same problems as before and exhaust is lobbsided, after charging me a heafty amount of money.

Now i feel i need to start from scratch trying to improve the cars performace, should probably just give up n sell it but i cant, ive become too attached, maybe my downfall

Anybody else in the same boat?

whys it feel like your driving a 1l? is it driving bad, or you just feel its too slow?

It just feels like it doesnt have power anymore, and a little sluggish!

is it well serviced, or could it be miss-fireing or any thing else? id guess get some one to check it, but reading the first post, probably not best.

but might be worth a try if its something little and make it good again.

Think it is due a service soon, but was fine before it went into the garage. It should feel fast but doesnt, lol. Maybe should get another 182 owner todrive it and see if its just me:S

Its called Rentec in edinburgh, hard to find some good renault specialists in scotland!

Did you ever get the bits painted on your car?

Ill have to try them n see, no not managed yet, trying to figure what needs painted, probably be back round when weather is little better!

Cool never heard of this rentec place where about are they? My brother takes his meg 225 and we take the williams to a renault specialist in tranent i highly recommend them.

Got him to change my xenons once n seemed alright but just took the p#ss when i left it with him this last time. There in portabello, he used to work for renault!
Whats the name of the garage in tranent?

No probs, as i say i highly recommend them the 2 guys that run it used to work for renault sighthill in edinburgh but when that got taken over by evans halshaw they bought all of the tools,diagnostics etc of them so theyve got all the kit.
