Clio front bumper moulding removal

I've recently bought a clio 1.2 authentique mk2 ph2.
on the passenger side front bumper, the black moulding is missing. The part that's roughly a foot long needs replacing.
ive decided to buy the three piece set on ebay so that they are all the exact same colour. But my questions is, how do I take the others off and how do I put the new set back on.

The easiest way I've seen how to do this is to take off your whole bumper, and the mouldings are clipped into the bumper, should be able to remove the mouldings that way but just undo the clips, maybe with a bit of force, been meaning to take mine off to get sprayed.
