Clio headlight covers

i was thinking that the clios headlights would look cool if the outer cover was smoked slightly to look a bit darker. Does anyone offer a darker aftermarket cover that complies with all the rules and regs?

Im not sure you are allowed to use things like that with Xenon headlamps. Im sure someone will know for sure though.
