Hi, I am new to the forum I tried to search for a previous post but was unable to find the information I need, I have recently purchased a sony head unit, but the block that goes into the back just has a load of uncapped wires attached so what I'm hoping you guys can help me with is if I need to either buy an ISO block that matches the Renault block or if the standard block which goes into the original headunit will fit into the Sony headunit, I have included a primitive wiring diagram below, I also would like to know if I need all the options attached to the block...

FL- | FR- | RL- | RR- | ATT | ILLUMIN | BLANK (NO WIRE) | MEM HOLD
Hope this makes sense its a 2X8 Block.
The options I'm confused about are antenna remote (ANT REM), accessory power and ATT which does'nt explain what its for :s.
