My drivers window doesn't go down but can still hear the motor sound .

Someone previous has installed a kenwood radio but only one tiny speaker works ?

Has anyone had these issues ?

Sounds like the the glass might be sticking in the sheath, see if you can wiggle the window down with the mechanism,
Ive got a kenwood radio in my car and while ive never had a problem with the radio i have had to clean the contacts and the adapter for the radio as well as all of the plugs that join the door looms to the interrior loom... its worth going through all of the plugs... similar prob to yours, speakers stopped working one by one... i have disconnected the tweeters in the dash as they died and the other door speakers ive installed all have tweeters in them anyway...

We can't wiggle it down so think it's off the runner and thanks will check that tommorrow
