Clio just will not start

Car  Clio 1.2 16v
Hi guys
I have a 02 1.2 16v clio and I can't get it to start
Put new plugs in
New coil pack
Cleaned throttle body
Cleaned injectors as best I could
Cleaned crankshaft sensor
And even new air filter :)

A mechanic friend said that the timing belt mite have slipped
So I took all off and it seemed fine but changed belt and tensioner while I was there and water pump seemed to be fine too
Thing is when I go to start it it turns over and seems like it is goin to start but just doesn't quite get to fire up, to go that last wee bit to fire if u like,
I don't think it's immobiliser as it is goin this far :( I may be wrong.
Any help would be very much appreciated.
