clio k reg 1.8 16v f16 ie engine

hi im new on here

didnt know if anyone can help my mates car has a problem. car wont start checked and has no fuel or spark. if fuel relay is shut manually it pumps but doesnt pump on cranking. and no spark coil and tdc sensor have been changed. immobiliser seems to be clicking off.

Has it got a sunroof?

Could be the immobiliser - is it cranking but not starting?

K Reg is Phase 1 so it shouldn't have any immobiliser problems...
Check earths? Try another Phase 1 ECU as a last resort...
