Clio Mk1 Side/Door Trim Exterier

Hey all.

I currently passed my driving test.

And was given a 1.2 Clio Mk1 and it currently needs a little work doing to it, however the main thing i wanted some opinions on would be the side trims, that run along the side on the same level as the top of the bumper, on whether the Clio looks better with or without due to missing the O/S rear and its a case of finding a broker with them or take them off and fill in the gap and respray.

And just wanted some thoughts on whether it would look good or not so good.

If it was mine i would colour code them in, grey strips do nothing but make your car look s**t and lessen your chances of getting laid.

I'd colour code the strips up.

i think ill spray them after ive gotten my replacement for the o/s rear since i dunno what happend to it,

also i was looking in halfords for spray paint, however i found out that renault do 2 types of white, one colour came into play in 1994 i think,

Would the logbook state the exact colour of the car, i.e Ice blue and not blue, would this be correct???

Sorry about this im kinda new to it all, if i had the money i would have bought a decent one but the car was free so i cant really complain lol

Pop the bonnet, the paint code will be on the metal plate on the panel above the drivers side headlight I think it is. You want the three numbers on the last line.
