Just been down to local tuning place and they say that they can remap my 1.2 TCE from 100bhp to 140bhp.

anyone got any opinions on this? good idea or not?

I dont know that engine really but 40bhp sounds like bs, more like 10bhp and abit more torque? Or use a bleed value and up tha turbo boost bruv?!

40hp is possible, if you don't like the engine. Injectors go 100% DC stock at 6000rpm
