Clio Self Locking?

Does anyone know how to set my locks on my clio to 'self lock' when the car has moved a certain distance/speed etc?

hold the internal locking button for 5 sec when car is running. you should hear a beep

beeps twice to say its been turned on and once to say its turned off im sure (same method as said above to turn it off btw!)
