clio splitter fitment

Hi

I would like to add my ordinary Clio 1,2 16v 2002 splitter. Could somebody tell me how to fit that ? Default there is some kind of black rib. Do i have to remove it and then somehow attach the new splitter

do you mean add a 172 splitter to your 172
or a 1.2 splitter to your 172?
