Clio Sport Front Wing

  Clio Sport
My monaco blue Clio Sport Front drivers side Wing needs replacing.

I've got a quote of over £300 for doing the job which is way too much for a bit of plastic.

I can buy a primed new wing for £38 from ebay and am happy to fix it myself. ijust need to spray it. Can someone suggest who to contact and any experiences.

Thanks

If its already primed your laughing as all the hardworks been done. Make sure its completly smooth and then apply the colour. Buy the paint from someone like autopaint.com as halfords are s**t at matching paint colour. The important bit is the laquer. Do it in a heated room, if not possible do it outside in the sun. Start with a dust coat of laquer and then be brave and put a thick coat on, its the only way you'll get a smooth finish. Use a hairdryer or something to heat the laquer up to stop it going cloudy, or even better an infrared heater/ uv light. Then after a couple of weeks of curing use something like scratch x on it to get it ultra smooth
