My MK3 07 Plate Clio tom tom hasn't got mp3 compatibility

Really need too play mp3's where can i buy a upgrade that will function with the fingertip controls on the steering wheel..

Any suggestions ?

Kenwood and Alpine sell units but you will have to buy a head unit made by them within the last few years for it to work.
