Griff, dont speak about Jeremy like that! I wont hear a word against him and I find it very reassurring to have someone like him from Renault UK to help us with queries that need answers from time to time.
I would like to thank Jeremy for helping me.

No i can see where Griffs coming from, I guess he could mean the 6 page thread about poor Customer Service from Renault? Or could it be the DOZENS of posts regarding the 4K rattle? Neither of which Jeremys commented on either way (might not be his place to, I dunno?).
BUT, the minute the cars there and ready to order we get a thread with instructions to "refer to the subject only in the topic"! Didnt realise it was his Forum?
Hmmm, makes you wonder.
Although Ill second GR and say yes it is good to have somebody official from Renault on here, itd just no good with the selective reading and replying thats going on.....
Dont get me wrong Ive never met Jeremy and would guess hes a sound bloke, I dont want this to sound like a personal attack on him! Just wanted to get it off my chest as Id been thinking about this for a while...

Due to everytime we do, it turns into a slanging match. I have tried in the past to reason with people and try to put over a sound reasoning why things sometimes go wrong. But to honest with you, i just get flamed !! And people want to try and drag you into a argument.
Whether this is the same for Jeremy T i dont know !! But i guess its the same as what myself and BobRTE found !!
So now i dont bother !!
Renault Laguna Coupe
Ive met him a few times and believe me hes a top bloke. We get lots of stuff like BTCC tickets, the fantastic Brands day last November, etc etc from Renault UK via Jeremy. Im sure if it was within his gift to sort out the dealers he would, but I dont think he (or anyone else) can. I think hes wise not to get into the arguments. To be honest, I wouldnt either - it would never end!

i get asked all sorts, and there is just some stuff out of our control, you try dealing with the factory.....its impossible.
Jeremy does his utmost to make everybody happy, he has alot of responsability, he doesnt have to come on here, he doesnt have to answer to you, but he wants to.
Hes also not a technical (by profession) advisor. 4K rattle, we can only fit what were given, we cant just wave a wand or tighten a screw to stop it.
Please guys, what other board has the head of a particular model frequenting an independant club forum.
