Reserve on it when it was on last week was 16k. It got to just over £14,000.

This is the third time it's been on iirc.

I like it, but it's quite expensive.

It looks nice but i wonder if that line of garages are for the 22 car collection - Either way E18 in London is mostly a f**king dive so chances are its some dodgy f**kers shifting dodgy cars!

Its probably on a fair bit more than 5k. lol

cause its the best colour and would probably command more of premium over silver. Imo the silver is sleek and elegant, very nice, but always loved the old acid and they are getting rare as fook, so one with 5,5k miles would be quality

for a very basic one

if you want clutch, thermostat, water pump, aux kit, oil, plugs and filters try nearer to £2K

tell me im an idiot but a clutch at just under 6k??
mines on 20,000 and i havent had mine done??
i know you have to drop the box to do the cambelt and pump...but just seemed extra expense for nothing??

Acid Yellow is 'marmite' tbh, you either love it or you don't. Just because it's rare doesn't mean it's more sought after ;) I like it, but on seeing past AY's sell, they haven't really commanded a premium - same goes for Lunar, that's marmite too.
There are still seven of the eight Acids out there iirc, and if the bashed one's been repaired then all eight should be out there.

yeh well its the only colour id have one in and im guessing one with 5,5k miles will be uber hard to find, if that does indeed exist.

imo its worth changing the clutch with the cambelt at the 5 years as the next time the engine will be taken out is at 10 years old...the clutch might be dead before then...

for the sake of a few hundred quid you might aswell change it whilst your there, instead of having to take the engine out again inbetween cambelts just to change a clutch.
