I've seen a few on at around 15-16K bracket.

Like Chris K said you can get MK1 V6's for around 12K.

nope they have normal bulbs with glass dome overs which give blue tinge from the refraction. like ph1 172a.

lol, lots of cars have them, MGTF puntos etc, even a certain vauxhall.

HID conversion are best way forward and isnt massively expensive.
