Clio valver engine specialist?

Basically I'm looking at buying back my old clio valver as a project. I live in north Wales and Reno tech are the nearest "specialist" in llandudno. I rang them for a ball park figure for an engine rebuild as part of the restoration. Apparently as a renault specialist "it's something they wouldnt get into"? And they're too busy at the moment? So my question is who do I take it to? Preferably in the north west? It originally had Nick Hill put a 2.0 block in years ago but I believe he just does canal boats now? So any recommendations. Plus where do people source valver parts from?
