Clock display dims alot when heater controls are plugged in.

Thought it was just the leds in the clock display but came across the problem, when the heater controls are plugged in the clock display will almost go out when the sidelights are on. I know they should dim slightly but they are unreadable, the heater controls dont light up either, i dont know if this is a seperate problem or part of the original problem.

Anyone have any clues ?

Sounds like an earth problem, happened on my car when I turned my lights on my dash dimmed and I could read the clock.

any idea where the earths are ? so i can check to make sure there a good connection, cheers

Mine was my lexarse lights causing the problems, but they are everywhere, might need to ring a specialist to solve the problem for you.

Well I assume so since I had the same sort of problem but I'm no specialist
