Clock keeps resetting

The on dash display of the time keeps resetting every time the car is turned off. The miliage clock dosetn reset, only the time clock.

I have got a new battery and it is still the same.

Please help

mine does this from time to time, the clockss just flash off then reset them selves
i had a new battery too so cant be that
