ClockO'clock resetting itself on ph2 clio

My gf's 2002 Clio expression has a problem, when you set the clock it will work fine for a few days then suddenly it will be reset like the power has been off? The electrics and fuses seem fine apart from this.

Any ideas?

Not a clue, but my old one used to do that.....battery wsant very good on mine which may not have helped......

does the trip mpg etc reset too? if so new battery time

Yep, sign of the battery failling.

That's the thing, the trip is fine? It's just the clock that keeps going off after a few days, it will 'hold time'

hmmmm yeah my trip used to reset too......christ knows what it could be if its just the clock :-/
