The MSA have prepared some guidelines on how to support the idea.

You have until 10th April to have your say.

Roads closed, pizza boy.


Besides, anyone seen the state of the roads recently? Was bad enough with the Olympic cycling. Think they had more punctures during that month than in the history of Tour De France.
