Clunking noise?

well i drove to work today with the radio off for the first time in ages, but this time i now noticed a clucking noise coming from the front of the car when changing up gears.

it doesnt do it going down gears and the car is silent when driving over bumps too.

i think it may be an engine mount, has anyone else had an issue like this or know what it could be?

Most likely the rear engine mount gone.
