clutch change on 172 mrk1

help please can some one please write me a giude or give a dooo's and dont's on changing the clutch on a mrk1 172?

any thing to watch out for?
which is the best way to attack it? (i.e drob sub frame?, or lift engine?

duno if this helps but i think most people drop the subframe and do it that way.

Drop the subframe of id you feel keep lower the subframe and push the box over a bit to give you space (not a nice choice but more popular when you'vedone it more than once.
