clutch release bearing

  www.renparts.co.uk
my mk2 ph3 is on 27k. Think there is something wrong with the clutch release bearing. Its really hard to get into gear in a morning. Sometimes needing a double take with the clutch when going into first on the drive. Ok when warm though. Im getting a click noise when i push down the pedal and bring it back up again which is clearly coming from the clutch. Surely this is covered under warranty>? am i right in thinking its the clutch release bearing?
thanks

more likely the clutch pedal, release bearing doesnt do much unless it physically breaks, and you'll know about it if it does lol.

Check cable and pedal, and might be as simple as a worn clutch.

yes if it comes from the pedal there will be an adjuster on the pedal, mine going in on monday for a check, pedal higher than the brake and mega sensitive.
